What Is Our Returns Policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Returns received after this timeframe won’t be eligible for a refund.
Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unworn and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and hygiene labels must be intact and attached
- Items must be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes.
- No visible signs of deodorant, chemicals, make up or stains and items must not be washed.
Please ensure hygiene strips have NOT been removed. All items must be returned in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any items that are marked, damaged, altered, or otherwise differ from how they were sent to you.
What If My Items Are Faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, it may still be eligible for return—even after the 30-day window—at the discretion of our returns team.
Please email returns@bessobrand.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the fault
Note: Please ensure you have followed all care instructions, as improper care may affect eligibility.
