Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Peak Season: During busy periods (summer season, holidays), processing may extend to 3-5 business days
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday
UK Domestic Shipping
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48)
- Cost: £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Tracking: Basic tracking included
Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24)
- Cost: £5.95
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Tracking: Full tracking included
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
- Cost: £8.95
- Delivery Time: Next working day by 1:00 PM
- Tracking: Full tracking and signature required
- Cutoff: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for next day delivery
International Shipping
European Union
- Cost: £7.95 (orders under £75) | FREE on orders over £75
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
- Tracking: Included
- Customs: VAT and duties may apply based on destination country
Rest of World
- Cost: £12.95 (orders under £100) | FREE on orders over £100
- Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
- Tracking: Included
- Customs: Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- PO Box addresses for international orders
- Countries with current shipping restrictions or embargoes
- Remote islands or territories with limited postal access
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of dispatch
- Track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website
- For international orders, tracking may not update immediately upon leaving the UK
Delivery Information
UK Deliveries
- Signature required for orders over £100
- If you're not home, Royal Mail will leave a collection card
- Items can be collected from your local delivery office or redelivered
International Deliveries
- Signature required for all international orders
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- Local delivery service will handle final delivery in destination country
Damaged or Lost Packages
During Transit:
- Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
- Report lost packages after the maximum delivery timeframe has passed
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund
Our Responsibility:
- We ensure all items are securely packaged before dispatch
- Insurance included on orders over £50
- Full refund or replacement for items lost or damaged in transit
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
Busy Periods
- Additional 1-2 days processing time during:
- Summer season (June-August)
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday
- Christmas period (December 1-25)
Christmas Delivery Cutoff Dates
- UK Standard: December 19th
- UK Express: December 21st
- International: December 10th
- Next Day: December 23rd (before 12:00 PM)
Shipping Address Requirements
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Include apartment/flat numbers where applicable
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of order placement
Special Handling
Multiple Items
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
- Each package will have its own tracking number
