I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Order confirmations are sent via email shortly after purchase. Please check your junk or spam folder first.
If you haven’t received your confirmation within 3 hours of placing your order, feel free to get in touch with us.
 
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
Please note, in some cases, a merchant processing fee may apply for cancellations or amendments.
 
Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking details will be sent to your email within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided, either on our website or directly on the courier's site.
For international orders, tracking may not update immediately once the package leaves the UK.
 
What if my package is lost?
All orders are shipped with tracking. If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact the courier directly to raise a claim or inquiry.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the courier, and your tracking does not confirm delivery, please contact us and we’ll assist further.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the courier’s tracking confirms successful delivery.
 
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and will either send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
 
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed as quickly as possible once received.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
